Are you strapped for time when it comes to working out? Make your workouts into two sessions. You don’t need to work out longer, simply split the time in half. Instead of doing a one hour workout, do a half hour early in the day ad the other half later. If you would rather not visit your fitness center twice in a single day, you could do one workout at the gym and then do another workout outdoors.
